• Monitor and coordinate activities of Modern Trade Sales Officers (MTSOs) and super shops/institutions.

• Ensure monthly primary and secondary sales targets for designated super shops and institutions are met on time.

• Optimize product merchandising and display in super shops.

• Monitor inventory and report damaged or expired products to superiors.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Document and report on product orders and deliveries.

• Provide updates and feedback on growth opportunities and relevant information to super shops/institutions.

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer preferences, providing timely insights.

• Manage customer promotion programs in modern trade for effective execution and engagement.

• Handle order processing and payment activities with accuracy and efficiency.

• Execute sales plans and monitor performance.

• Supervise and guide the sales team.

• Conduct market research and analysis.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform strategies and improvements.
