Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA / Masters degree in any discipline.
∎ Marketing background will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have a very good connection with varies super shops.
∎ Having good knowledge on super shop sales management, coding system
∎ Have to provide month wise plan to management and act toward plan.
∎ Prepare sales team and act as per sales objective
∎ Must be target oriented and must archive individual and group target.
∎ Generate more market to archive sales target
∎ Achieve monthly & yearly institutional /corporate sales target.
∎ Ensure product delivery in time coordinating with relevant people.
∎ Address customers complaint as per the company SOP.
∎ Ensure proper documentation of the sales process, progress and performance for present and future reference.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ 7 year(s) in frozen food sector.
∎ Experience in Institutional / super shop sales / Corporate sales.
∎ Target oriented with a 'can do' attitude
∎ Willing to travel frequently
∎ Hard working and ability to work under pressure
∎ Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
∎ Valid Motorcycle driving license will be preferred
∎ Computer proficiency in MS Office application suite
