Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring production department to make fish reday to cook mixture, items like fish finger, fish cutlet, squid items, octopus items etc
∎ Lead production team and helping worker to follow production flow chart
∎ Arranging and ensuring ingredients list and availability
∎ Ensure product quality with highest standard and international level
∎ Creating new product with the concern of management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Must have proven experience to make sea food items in renowned restaurant
∎ Experience working in foreign hotel / restaurants will consider as an added advantage.
