Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies, tactics, and objectives for the seafood snacks category within the assigned area.
∎ Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and motivation to ensure they meet their targets and goals.
∎ Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, market trends, and customer preferences. Use this information to adjust strategies and product offerings accordingly.
∎ Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers. Ensure excellent customer service and support to foster long-term partnerships.
∎ Sales Target Achievement: Set and monitor sales targets, both quantitative and qualitative, and work with the team to achieve and exceed them.
∎ Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches tailored to the local market.
∎ Inventory Management: Monitor product availability, manage inventory levels, and ensure on-time deliveries to meet customer demand.
∎ Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
∎ Budget Management: Manage the sales and marketing budget for the designated area, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
∎ Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in the area of sales and marketing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on consumer food products, preferably in the seafood snacks industry.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
∎ Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
∎ Knowledge of the seafood snacks market and industry trends.
∎ Willingness to travel within the assigned area as needed.
