Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain daily accounts, ledgers, and vouchers accurately and in a timely manner.
Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
Follow up on collections and ensure accurate customer/vendor reconciliations.
Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and reconcile store inventory with accounts.
Verify Goods Received Notes (GRNs), prepare material issue slips, and maintain proper store documentation.
Assist in preparing purchase requisitions.
Must have a good knowledge on accounting software
any task issued by management
