∎ Job Title:- Innovation Officer, Mobile Vertical Garden (MVG)
∎ Location: Teknaf Project Office with frequent travel to Cox’s Bazar
∎ Duration: Up to December 2022, possibility of extension on fund availability and performance
∎ Overview of the position
∎ Under the supervision of the country office programme and WHH HQ innovation unit, this position will be responsible for the field-level implementation of “Mobile Vertical Garden and Non-Electrical Refrigerator”, coordinating with the Bangladesh and Sudan teams. The "Mobile Vertical Garden" for internally displaced persons was the winning idea at WHH Innolab 2021. It was developed by participants from Sudan and Bangladesh. The mobile vertical garden allows people to grow nutritious food in a small space and includes a non-electrical fridge. Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate between two Innovation teams (Sudan and Bangladesh)
∎ Test and iterate the prototype of the MVG at the targeted mass community level
∎ Setting up an effective information-sharing channel to measure the success of the tests
∎ Responsibility for constructing the prototypes (procurement, monitoring labors etc)
∎ Run the feasibility tests of the prototypes
∎ Fundraising for additional funds to expand the implementation of MVGs
∎ Conduct surveys
∎ Draft excellent reports
∎ Monitoring the budget

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
∎ Excellent computer knowledge ,Innovative and ability to think out of the box
∎ Knowledge of business development, marketing, and mass community mobilization
∎ Able to use modern office communication tools, Leadership and motivational attributes
∎ Excellent writing skills (esp. Proposal writing) and Good team player
∎ Can be able to perform in a challenging environment (remote areas)

Salary: Tk. 60000 (Monthly)
