Job Context:
∎ Accountable to: Managing Director or his designate
∎ Objective: To perform overall functions smoothly
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and implement the relevant technology and products for maximum business benefits
∎ Provide maximum Network and data Security with least discomforts to business, users and clients
∎ Run IT operations with least disruption to business, users and clients
∎ Procurement, custody and maintenance of IT assets at best possible prices and 'in time'.
∎ Define, run and review IT processes for improvements in efficiency and ease of use.
∎ Compliance to all statutory regulations
∎ Protect company assets and introduce policies for the same
∎ Project review meetings, new infrastructure requirements, presentations during customer visit
∎ Discussion on new products / technologies, new proposals, new partnerships with vendors
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-4 Years experience as System or Network Administrator/Engineer or relevant.
∎ Relevant IT certifications, i.e. CCNA, VCP, OCP etc will be plus
∎ Maintain harmonious inter-departmental working relationship.
∎ Communicating and maintaining liaison with every stake holder of the company.
