∎ Minimum Bachelor degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communication with customer for installment collection.
∎ Maintain client's record and follow up.
∎ Provide service information to clients.
∎ Collect necessary information from clients.
∎ Receiving Customer's complaints, Observation etc. and resolving with proper communications with concerned Departments.
∎ Excellent communication skills both writing and speaking ability with proper English and Bangla pronunciation.
∎ Record customer details as per management guideline.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing clients.
∎ Daily/Weekly/Monthly analytical report to the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 years of experience in relevant field.
∎ Must have knowledge for Bangla & English both typing in Computer.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication.
∎ Smart communication & Social Media.

Salary: Negotiable
