Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. or Diploma in Computer Science Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing technical assistant for online platform development, maintenance, updating and troubleshooting.
∎ Providing technical assistance in Article 19's E-learning activities.
∎ Providing technical assistance in resolving all kind of computer hardware & software problems and network issues.
∎ Providing IT supports to end users for their ICT devices.
∎ Supervise and monitoring Article 19's Access Control system.
∎ Providing maintenance and connectivity support for the PABX System.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to diagnose trouble and solve problems for all ICT devices and software.
∎ Ability to maintain, upgrade and manage Article 19's software, hardware and networks.
∎ Must be a team player.
∎ Have experience in IT System Management and user support.
∎ Have experience in working with Computer Hardware/ and Network Companies
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should have positive attitude to take challenge for the organization goal.
∎ Should be punctual, sincere and devoted to responsibility.
∎ Should have good manner, attitude and convincing skills.

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile phone allowance;
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 Festival Bonuses, each equivalent to half month's salary;
∎ Work time: 5 working days (7.5 hours daily) and 2 days week-end (Friday and Saturday).
