Education:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (e.g., business administration or relevant filed)
Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrable experience in a relevant field, especially those with experience in INGO administration support, DC office and NGO Affairs Bureau procedures.
Knowledge:
A basic understanding of procurement processes, rules and regulations.
General understanding of working environment of Non-Profit Organizations and NGOAB related communication.
Language and Software Skills:
Fluent in English both in Writing and Speaking.
Ability to write content (both in Bangla and English) for official communications and documentation.
Proficiency in Windows, including MS Office (MS Word, MS EXCEL, PowerPoint, data management systems)
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to practice and maintain an important level of confidentiality within the organisation.
Ability to write content (both in Bangla and English) for official communications and documentation.
Ability to perform under time pressure, be flexible, work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Ability to work within a team with professional discretion.

Contract Type: Fixed term
Working hours : Full-time, 7.5 hours per day (weekly 37.5 hours)
Responsible to: Head of Finance & Administration, Article 19 Bangladesh and South Asia
Key Relationships: Finance Team, HR Team and Programme Team
Work Location: Dhaka; with frequent visits inside Dhaka and occasional visit within Bangladesh for project related activities.
