Experience:

• At least 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes, Consulting Firms, Garments, E-commerce Startup

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Engineering

• Bachelor/Master’s Degree in relevant fields (Textile Engineering, Business Administration, Compliance, Industrial Engineering, HR, Accounts, etc.).
• Professional certifications will be considered an added advantage.

• At least 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes, Consulting Firms, Garments, E-commerce Startup

• Age 20 to 50 years

• Minimum 8 years’ professional experience in the RMG/Textile/Compliance sector.
• Proven expertise in any of the following areas: Merchandising / Advanced Merchandising· Social / Environmental Compliance·
•  Fire & Electrical Safety (RSC Guideline) Industrial Engineering (IE) HR & Payroll Accounts / Commercial Activities.
• Product Planning & Control   
• QMS / Technical Compliance Management Commercial Management
• Or any other RMG/Textile expertise·        
• Prior experience as a trainer/mentor will be preferred.

Additional Requirements·        

• Strong presentation & communication skills (Bangla & English).
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint (PPT) to prepare and deliver training materials.      
• Must have own computer setup with stable internet for conducting online sessions.· 
• Passionate about teaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct online live training sessions (8:00/9:00 PM 11:00 PM, 5–10 days per month, flexible for working professionals).
•  Prepare training materials, PPT slides, practical case studies, and guidelines.
• Deliver sessions in your own area of expertise (e.g. Compliance, Merchandising, IE, HR, Accounts, etc.).     
• Provide participants with practical insights, real industry knowledge, and guidance.
