• We are looking for suitable candidate having good knowledge and experience about the Industrial Engineering.
• The candidates should have self-capability to lead the team to meet IE Technical standards and requirements.

• Spearhead plant IE team.

• Study the worker`s efficiency and identify their strengths & weaknesses to enhance their skills.

• Formulate production plan based on machine manpower and also follow-up the layout to achieve optimum productivity.

• Develop strategies to achieve targeted productivity.

• Submit monthly target/achievement reports to the management.

• Initiate effective communication skills to motivate and develop professionalism and mental strength for higher productivity among the staff of the production department.

• Ensure effective utilization of company resources.

• Ensure time to time report to management with strategic functions to take decisions.
