Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Industrial and Production Engineering (IPE)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Weekly plan review and check the work load VS capacity.
∎ PP meeting co-ordination, meeting arrangement & PP test review.
∎ CWS machine plan, Line Layout, Cutting tools and other production item planning.
∎ Production planning based on the SMV, target and capacity analysis, record keeping and daily action.
∎ Station wise production target and production achievement to be analysis, efficiency check & action plan.
∎ Motion, Method, Capacity analysis and productivity improvement.
∎ Increase worker performance by reducing waste during manufacturing time.
∎ Waste identification & elimination as well as automation & innovation in the sewing linerespective area & follow up.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Must have good communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality.
∎ Must have excellent computer skills especially MS Excel & MS Word.
∎ Must have good communication skill both in English & Bangla.
∎ Analytical ability & Team Player.
