Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in Industrial/Textile Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work directly or indirectly with manufacturers in order to improve efficiency and productivity
∎ Increase productivity and efficiency by setting a Standard Operating Procedure
∎ Provide guidelines to the new vendors and existing vendors
∎ Determine SMV and set up production targets and planning
∎ Conduct time studies and establish a data base for costing and work content analysis
∎ Conduct predefined projects
∎ Calculate and finalize product SMV from the General Sewing Data (GSD) method, Cutting and Making cost calculation, Production Planning, Seasons plan, Capacity assurance analysis & finalize the product cost
∎ Help manufacturers to reduce manufacturing cycle time, improve speed and reduce cost for production
∎ Investigate plans and work with other departments, such as production and quality, to execute cost reduction initiatives. Analyze and evaluate projects, develop action plans, coordinate, implement and carry out the necessary follow up

∎ Minimum of 4-5 years' experience in the similar field including factory & buying office
∎ Good knowledge in SMV calculation, GSD method, Production planning, etc.
