∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
∎ Having education in garments technology / industrial engineering in garments / general industrial engineering is prefer.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Industrial Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Person must have proven experience for at least 01 year in a Garments manufacturing company.
∎ Must have a good knowledge on all operation process of garment manufacturing
∎ Should be able to do garment annualizing and SMV calculations.
∎ Need to have good knowledge in SOPs and KPIs
∎ Must have knowledge in how to improve productivity.
∎ Good statistical knowledge & theoretical knowledge in IE functions is very important.
∎ Having experience working under foreign experts or under consultants can be an added advantage.
∎ Person must be very good in computer and have good knowledge in English.
∎ Willing to work in any industrial area in the country for the business need.
∎ Candidates planning to spend short durations on the job must not apply.
∎ Having education in textile/garments/IE will be a extra advantage.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in garments manufacturing as a Industrial engineer
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
