• Responsible for planning, developing and implementing all over cutting and sewing production activities of geo geotextile products used for filtration, separation and erosion control.
• Independently follow-up, monitor, control and responsible for all cutting and sewing related activities.
• Proven capability to understand different specification & requirements stitching, double chain stitching and lock stitching.
• Candidate should be capable to verify & check the pattern of cutting to ensure accuracy of the measurements of the geo-fabric so that it reduces fabric wastage and ensure optimum cutting quality.
• Candidate must have knowledge on maintenance of SEIKO, REVO sewing machine, flexo printing and KM cutting machine.
• Fix the daily production target as per discussion with Operation Head to realize the target with quality.
• Identifies and analyzes tensile strength and its MD/CD issues, GSM profile and other technical parameters in terms of standard matching with BWDB and specific customers.
• To take action in case of fabric fault found and to solve the root cause of the problem. To ensure discipline in the floor9. Maintain ISO requirements and comply any other work assigned as and when required by management.
