Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree or diploma in automobile/mechanical engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure spares sales of Agro Machinery equipment like Tractor
∎ Monitor spares sales operation & activities of tractor all over the country
∎ Forecast & maintain spare parts inventory as per requirement to manage the overall activities related to spare parts sales.
∎ Generate monthly field sales report, product market feedback report and warranty issues as and when required
∎ Organize marketing and promotional campaign for spares sales
∎ Prepare parts requisition against yearly target & requirements
∎ Coordinate with other departments for smooth operation.
∎ Frequent field visit to monitor working conditions of all machines at different sites

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good technical knowledge in Service / Maintenance of Tractor.
∎ Experience of handling technical staff in order to meet all client requirements
∎ Should have leadership qualities and the ability to handle pressure
∎ Confident interpersonal and communication skills; ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely
∎ Should be proactive, innovative and energetic
∎ Fluent in written and spoken English
∎ Should have good computer knowledge specially in Microsoft Office
∎ Full mobility to travel
