Educational Requirements:
∎ SSC, HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor the overall sewing process as per buyer requirements.
∎ Maintain shipment schedule.
∎ Controls the quality of garments.
∎ Maintain the floor discipline and ensure the cleanliness of floor.
∎ Maintain register and records.
∎ Take necessary steps at once to solve any problem derived the finishing section.
∎ Lighting at needle point looks sufficient. Supervises the quality of garments.
∎ To check whether the target is achieved.
∎ To check sample and line layout to advice line leader and operators how to make garments products.
∎ To receive cutting parts from cutting section and make input in sewing line style wise.
∎ Receive accessories from store by requisition as per quantity.
∎ To check garments by measurements.
∎ To assist line leader operators to overcome any problem.
∎ To report production quantity and maintain register as per format.
∎ Give instructions to the operators to clean machines properly.
∎ Supplies the fabric and accessories to his line for production.
∎ Prepares the whole garment in his line.
∎ Follow orders given by the Production Manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 8-10 years of experience in any reputed knit composite garments factory(s) out of which minimum 3 years as In-charge (Sewing).
∎ Well experienced about quality garments.
∎ Capable to maintain all types of sewing quality goods.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
