∎ 8 Pass

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and monitor on time production for shipment.
∎ Monthly, hourly, daily target follow up.
∎ Order quantity completion as per PO wise, style wise, color wise and reconciliation.
∎ Resolve technical bottleneck in the floor for smooth production flow to achieve right quality and quantity.
∎ Minimize wastage in term of quality rejection in order to fulfill order quantity.
∎ The candidate should aware and have sufficient knowledge and also to ensure sustainable compliance of the factory according to buyer's requirement and as well as work study.
∎ Maintain highest standard of quality.
∎ Optimize Manpower Utilization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 years experienced in production line in any reputed Knitted factory.
∎ Candidates shall have the mentality to work extra hours as per requirements.

Salary: Negotiable
