Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-Graduation in any discipline preferably commerce/business background with excellent academic record from reputed universities and no third division/class or equivalent CGPA in academic career. Candidates having Banking Diploma /Islamic Banking Diploma will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible & accountable for overall business planning, budget of the Islamic Banking Windows
∎ Oversee General banking, mobilizing deposit, exploring new clients and enhance investment opportunities and foreign trade on the principle of Islamic Shariah and maintain sound quality of both assets & liabilities with strict shariah compliance
∎ Ensure excellent customer service with highest standard of governance & regulatory compliance in line with the regulatory requirements & bank's directives
∎ Provide leadership and to take initiatives for capacity building of officials on Shariah Banking

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ At least 6-12 years banking experience with 3 years in Shari'ah banking in a reputed commercial bank. Preference shall be given to the candidates having experience as Manager, Operations Manager, GB In-Charge, Islami Banking In-charge of a reputed Commercial Bank.
∎ Hands on experience in branch banking particularly in the areas of GB, Credit, Foreign Trade, AML & CFT etc in Shariah environment.
∎ Sound knowledge, understanding & clear ideas on Shariah banking products, concepts, laws and regulatory framework.
∎ Clear understanding on associated risks in banking operations
∎ Must have strong interpersonal, communications & presentation skills with leadership quality
∎ Strong IT knowledge and good command in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
∎ Ability to work under pressure and tight schedule
