Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure smooth, prompt and error-free functioning of the day-to-day Deposit operations (such as account opening, payment, account renewal), services as per customer’s requirements.
∎ Supervise and monitor branch operations employees to ensure seamless customer services, including deposit account opening, payment etc.
∎ Ensure loan documentation and disbursement through the branch network for related retail and business finance clients in collaboration with internal operations teams in full compliance with the internal processes and external regulatory requirements.
∎ Reconciliation of all receipt and payments within the branch network.
∎ Ensure compliance as per internal and regulatory policy framework and accountable for satisfactory audit rating of operations.
∎ Oversee and assist in ensuring month and year closing and in preparation of periodic financial reports.
