Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluate and monitor the production's ball warping and Long Chain Beam process
∎ Coordinate all ball warping activities (input cones, output balls, warping machine maintenance, checking yarn characteristics and quality) effectively
∎ Ensure the flexibility and versatility features of warping machines for uninterrupted production and maintain excellent consistency of the results
∎ Provide ball warping instructions to other departments
∎ Plan & formulate the ball warping and LCB strategy for efficient production
∎ Provide training to the subordinates of warping process
∎ Prepare new ball warping developments
∎ Follow up on regular ball warping activities
∎ Plan and formulate the long chain beam strategy for efficient production
∎ Ensure the yarn quality
∎ Evaluate and monitor the long chain beam machines and make sure it is functioning properly
