Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Managing Client's Requirements, Feedback and filing systems
∎ Analyze Business Statistics
∎ Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
∎ Drafting and writing high quality Proposals, Reports and Presentations
∎ Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
∎ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
∎ Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
∎ Training and Demonstration to end Users
∎ Coordinate internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects
∎ Ensure resource availability and allocation
∎ Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
∎ Assist HOD to Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
∎ Liaising with Senior office staff, suppliers and clients on behalf of the HOD
∎ Coordinating Assistance related work for HOD
∎ Report and escalate to HOD as needed
∎ Providing prompt support & solution to client-end issues.
∎ Use and continually develop leadership skills
∎ Organizing events and conferences
∎ Perform other related duties as assigned
∎ Maintaining good relation with client and co-workers.
