∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Diploma in Engineering in Textile Technology
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Check daily worker attendance & make adjustments to balance the line as per absence
∎ • In-line hourly production monitoring & follow up to achieve the target day to day basis
∎ • Follow up new style changing & record QCO time
∎ • Time Study, Motion study
∎ • Find bottleneck processes & balance the line
∎ • Production Study based on critical process
∎ • 5’S implement in the working area
∎ • Find the opportunity to develop the operation
∎ • Coordinate with Sewing technician and Line Supervisors for line setting & related job
∎ • Skill Matrix updating in weekly or monthly basis
∎ • Skill evaluation during recruiting new manpower
∎ • Non-Productive Time (NPT) record and reduce
∎ • Train the concern responsible to increase productivity
∎ • Prepare Cumulative SMV (Cutting-Sewing-Quality-Finishing) for regular style .
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ • Excellent communication skill in English
∎ • Must have advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
∎ • Good interpersonal skill
