∎ At least 3 to 5 years of experience in production and industrial engineering in the
∎ garment/textile industry/ Hanger production.
∎ Hands-on experience with production optimization tools and software will be an
∎ added advantage with Hanger Production
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
∎ Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles, IE-related.
∎ Effective communication and teamwork capabilities.
∎ Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines
∎ At least 3 to 5 years of experience in production and industrial engineering in the

∎ Develop and implement efficient production planning and methods.
∎ Monitor and optimize production processes to improve productivity.
∎ Coordinate with different departments (cutting, sewing, finishing) to ensure smooth workflow.
∎ Analyze time, motion, and work methods to enhance operational efficiency.
∎ Prepare production layouts, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operator performance targets.
∎ Conduct training sessions for operators on new processes and methods.
∎ Monitor the achievement of production goals and resolve operational bottlenecks.
∎ Generate reports on daily production, efficiency, and quality performance.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (Amuliya).
