∎ B.Sc. in Industrial/ Textile Engineering or a related field from any reputable university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate the Production planning (according to capacity).
∎ Implement the planning and reduce the plan vs actual gap.
∎ Follow-up pre-production activities.
∎ Prepare weekly sewing and finishing plan and publish.
∎ Ensure daily sewing line input requirements according to the plan.
∎ Effective Layout Planning.
∎ Timely implementation of Layout.
∎ Cost-effective manpower planning.
∎ Identify and reduce wastage (Generate record books).
∎ Worker Skill set improvement based on organizational requirements.
∎ Training teammates.
∎ Improve production maintaining quality

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ At least 4 years of experience as a Manager - Industrial Engineering.
