Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate or BSc in Industrial Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analysis of production & collect lost time against low production and clarify.
∎ Monitor line wise production report by hourly output basis.
∎ Study individual operator's performance and trained up them.
∎ Developing multi-skill operators based on their individual interest and maintaining skill matrix record.
∎ Coordinate with Sewing Line chief and Line Supervisors for line feeding & related job
∎ Ensure proper utilization of man, machine & material for smooth Productivity.
∎ Prepare monthly production & efficiency report, machine break down report
∎ Calculation of efficiency, time study, motion study and idle man machine hours.
∎ Analysis of labor cost, capacity planning & creation of production schedules.
∎ Monitoring and Line balancing - Based on Capacity, allocated plan and WIP in the line
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have good health and strength.
∎ Should have mentality to work under pressure.
∎ Strong communicational & interpersonal skill.
∎ Leadership Skills & Time Management
∎ Analytical Skills Decision-Making Skills
∎ English Speaking and Report Writing.
