The company is a Japan based knit composite garment manufacturing industry. Specialized in fashionable knit Tops & Bottoms item. The agent has running operation globally.

Job Description

• Analysis of production & collect lost time against low production and clarify.
• Monitor line wise production report by hourly output basis.
• Study individual operator's performance and trained up them.
• Developing multi-skill operators based on their individual interest and maintaining skill matrix record.
• Coordinate with Sewing Line chief and Line Supervisors for line feeding & related job
• Ensure proper utilization of man, machine & material for smooth Productivity.
• Prepare monthly production & efficiency report, machine break down report
• Calculation of efficiency, time study, motion study and idle man machine hours.
• Analysis of labor cost, capacity planning & creation of production schedules.
• Monitoring and Line balancing - Based on Capacity, allocated plan and WIP in the line
