We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented IE Officers / Senior Officers to strengthen our Industrial Engineering team. The role focuses on improving productivity, minimizing waste, optimizing processes, and ensuring efficient production flow while maintaining quality standards in woven garment manufacturing.

• Design and implement efficient production layouts and workflows using IE tools & techniques

• Analyze daily production data to identify inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions

• Ensure proper line balancing to minimize Work-In-Process (WIP)

• Conduct motion and time studies to improve operator efficiency

• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks affecting production targets

• Monitor hourly production targets and take necessary corrective actions

• Record and analyze Non-Productive Time (NPT) and develop productivity improvement plans

• Calculate and monitor Efficiency, DHU (Defects per Hundred Units)

• Conduct operator skill tests, prepare skill matrix, and support workforce development

• Train operators using easy, standardized, and effective work methods

• Coordinate closely with Production, Quality, and Line Supervisors to implement process improvements
