Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Count line wise manpower & balance line for optimum manpower utilization &productivity.
∎ Conduct motion study, time study for individual workers.
∎ Prepare line wise daily production target set up & achievement report.
∎ Follow up each hour line wise production.
∎ Find out bottle neck processes & solve to increase productivity.
∎ Conduct operation follow up procedure for bottle neck processes & keep record.
∎ Record loss times in specific format.
∎ Motivate production team to increase productivity & efficiency.
∎ Prepare skill test report for new & running workers.
∎ Cross check line wise production bill sheet
∎ Have to prepare different types of report, such as: manpower, hourly production, line balancing, process monitoring etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Should have knowledge on production, floor/ line management, production management (sewing, cutting), planning, production management (finishing).
∎ IE & Planning procedures development and implementation
∎ Understanding of IE & Planning tools & technique.
∎ Should have strong analytical, leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker
∎ Effective technical and problem solving skills
∎ Should have computer literacy
∎ Should have Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities
∎ Excellent communication & presentation skill
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives
∎ Should be excellent team member and also very sharp, smart, with fair personality
∎ Excellent communication skill both written and speaking in Bangla and English
