• Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.

• Experience in Garments, Textile, and Washing Factory operations.

• Proficient in process optimization tools and data-driven decision-making.

1. Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and lead time

2. Implement cost-saving and efficiency improvement initiatives

3. Conduct time & motion studies; set standard times and production targets

4. Plan production capacity and ensure balanced line scheduling

5. Design and improve factory layouts and workflows

6. Monitor KPIs (efficiency, productivity, waste, scrap rate)

7. Lead Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) initiatives

8. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and provide training
