Responsibilities & Context:
- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and lead time
- Implement cost-saving and efficiency improvement initiatives
- Conduct time & motion studies; set standard times and production targets
- Plan production capacity and ensure balanced line scheduling
- Design and improve factory layouts and workflows
- Monitor KPIs (efficiency, productivity, waste, scrap rate)
- Lead Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and VSM initiatives
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and provide training
