Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering or Industrial Engineering from any recognised university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Industrial Engineering, woven Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall activities of I E department.
∎ Coordinate quality control objectives & activities.
∎ Develop manufacturing methods, labour utilization standards & cost analysis system.
∎ Clear knowledge about any types of woven top & bottoms.
∎ Ensure layout the machine by maintaining proper sequence of operation to ensure best workflow.
∎ Check all the SMV's for costing before handing over to the merchandisers.
∎ Followup the production & take necessary action for achievement.
∎ Skilled with planning & IE for productivity improvement.
∎ Grade the operator for new & existing, responsible for analyzing the workers performance.
∎ Prepared garments cost based on CPM.
∎ Practical knowledge about GSD analysis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): production planning , work study & IE.
∎ Good technical & organizational skill required.
∎ Should have experience in the production, Inspection, floor, Line management, production management (cutting+sewing+ finishing)
∎ Should have experience woven garments.
∎ Proficient in both written7 spoken English.
∎ Team player with strong interpersonal & leadership ability & good communication skill.
Salary: Negotiable
