Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate & negotiate with merchandisers regarding upcoming products' production requirement & analyze garments products.
∎ Analyze garments product, production target.
∎ Setting up layout the machine with manpower distribution by maintaining proper sequence of sewing operation to ensure best workflow.
∎ Prepare & implement line allocation & line balancing based on requirements.
∎ Ensure Operation Bulletin (OB) and re-engineering or balancing the bulletin for better productivity in sewing and finishing.
∎ Set up base target based on basic, semi-critical & critical operations and ensure best utilization of line.
∎ Set up & review SOPs, policies, process flow chart & process re-engineering to improve the different processes for smooth operation & minimizing the cost.
∎ Forecast delay situation and future bottle necks and take precaution accordingly.
∎ Setting IE team & ensuring that the targets are achieved.
∎ Plugging orders in productive way to ensure optimum utilization of capacity and maintain live production plans through line cost calculation and floor capacity calculation and reduce WIP.
∎ Do method / Motion / Time study in line for each style.
∎ Conduct skill assessment of new operators, identify training needs, enhance their work quality and ensure career development.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of Man, Machine & Method (3M).
∎ Monitor & Analyze productivity and improve the system by implementing KAIZEN and innovation in the process.
∎ Monitor the productivity and prepare efficiency report for top management.
∎ Analyze the training needs for all new & existing operators and conduct the training with HR.
∎ Cooperate with HR for skill test in recruitment by managing the skill assessment scheme for all production operators.
∎ Any other relevant task assigned by the management or required for departmental work.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent analytical skills.
∎ Excellent verbal and writing communication skills.
∎ Proficient in using computer for keeping records & prepare reports.
∎ Should be proactive & result driven in nature.
∎ Working knowledge of quality standards of finished woven garments.
∎ Must be able to easily grasp and communicate & solve complex issues.
∎ Positive attitude in motivating, training & managing team.
∎ Ability to manage buyers & stakeholders.
∎ Cross Cultural Orientation.
