∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Production Engineering., Master of Science (MSc) in Industrial Production Engineering / Textile.
∎ Skills Required: Honesty and Sincerity, Inovative, Take Chalenges

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Industrial & Production Engineering, Textiles
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist IE Manager to set the targets and draft and design layout of machine, materials and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency.
∎ Assist IE Manager to follow up pre-production activities and minimize delays.
∎ Check the production, efficiency, line balancing, bottleneck operations, absenteeism, WIP, non-productive time and give solutions.
∎ Communicate with management, staff and workers to develop production and design standards.
∎ Method improvement and SMV reduction.
∎ Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior pertaining to the safety, quality, compliance issues, and efficiency of the factory.
∎ Any other tasks as and when assign by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Must be proficient in English and Bengali writing, reading & speaking.
∎ Computer skill: Proficiency in MS Office applications.
∎ Ability to work for long duration in the factory premises on day to day basis.
∎ Good in IQ and work under pressure.
∎ Good team player and strong work ethic.

Salary: Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
