Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of men, machine & material for higher productivity.
∎ Monitor hourly production and ensure correct method so that the production output as per the desire limit.
∎ Process-wise operator skill development.
∎ Follow-up the low performing Operators.
∎ Hourly Production Monitoring & Achieve the line Target.
∎ Reduce WIP (Work in Process)
∎ Operator, Line and floor efficiency Calculation.
∎ Follow up KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and Report.
∎ Nonproductive time (Loss Time) record and reduce.
∎ Hourly Production Monitoring & Achieve the line Target.
∎ Prepare Man machine report.
∎ Responsible for ensuring discipline in the floor.
∎ To arrange internal meeting with supervisor and section operator about technical issue and production before starting bulk production of a new style.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2-3+ Years Experience for Senior Executive post.
∎ 0-2 Years Experience for Junior Executive post.
Salary: Negotiable
