Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall cutting efficiency & productivity as well as OT control.
∎ Evaluate Factory Cutting Capacity in Ply & Min/Hour.
∎ Generate style wise SMV by time study.
∎ Update and maintain Efficiency, Variance report (Tgt. Vs Hit rate) with WIP.
∎ Skill inventory.
∎ Prepare Daily Table wise cut panel allocation plan as per line plan.
∎ Maintain liaison with planning dept.
∎ Prepare the daily cut panel input plan as per line allocation plan.
∎ Everyday make cut panel stock report.
∎ Improve Productivity through efficient use of available resources.
∎ Maintain Cutting SMV Data Bank.
∎ Making standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all cutting activities
∎ Measuring KPIs
∎ Suggesting good material handling equipment
∎ Studying and analyzing manpower requirement in cutting floor.
∎ Prepare workers & skill matrix and study to achieve the smooth production flow with minimum interruption.
∎ Find the bottleneck from the first hour and whole day report and chasing till solve.
∎ Monitoring Hourly production figure against the IE target and find the variance with getting supporting management.
∎ Lost time monitoring and recording.
∎ Conducting capacity study in each and every style.
∎ Production follow up. (Production study)
∎ Manpower balancing to improve capacity.
∎ Daily target set up & follow up.
∎ Report on Manpower turnover and absenteeism control as per plan.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on lean Management system.
