Job Context:
∎ Rising Group, a leading manufacturer and exporter of Apparel & Attire from Bangladesh is equipped with the most modern and latest machinery having 06 units of knit & 01 unit of woven garments located at Mirpur, Ashulia, Dhamrai and Gazipur. The Group also have two units of textile & two units of spinning mills having full range of backward linkage manufacturing units which include knitting, dyeing, finishing, washing, printing, button and thread manufacturing.
∎ We are seeking an experienced IE Executive to lead production floor & increase Efficiency.
∎ Job Location: Balitha, Dhamrai-Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead production floor & increase efficiency.
∎ To proper utilization of man, machine and material for optimize productivity by using capacity study, Production study, Efficiency calculation, Line balancing.
∎ To find out the bottle neck and solve this problem.
∎ To analyze the line-wise productions, line balancing, workers' individual efficiency, production efficiency.
∎ To develop and adopt new techniques and methodologies to increase productivity and quality with minimum cost.
∎ To ensure optimum utilization of the skills of the workers, and machine, to minimize the cost.
∎ To identify and remove causes of delay in production to meet shipment dates.
∎ To monitor line wise production report, on hourly output basis.
∎ To focus on daily manpower balancing, target setting and achievement monitoring.
∎ To check all IE related reports.
∎ To recommend new ideas and methods for increasing productivity and improving quality.
∎ Any other task assigns by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Candidate must have 2-3 experience in industrial & production engineering in garments factory or textile industries.
∎ Good Leadership skill.
∎ Good Communication skill.
∎ Positive professional attitude & self-motivated.
