Experience:

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Textile, Group of Companies, Dyeing Factory

• Education Bachelor/Honors in any dicipline

• Bachelor in Textile Engineering (BEngg) is preferable

• 2 to 3 years

• Age 22 to 35 years

• Strong understanding of dyeing processes (knit / woven / yarn, as applicable)

• Knowledge of batch planning, shade-wise sequencing, and machine loading

• Familiarity with chemical & dye consumption norms

• Understanding of re-dyeing, shade correction, and process loss reduction

• Awareness of EHS and effluent control practices in dyeing

Context:  AKH Knitting & Dyeing Ltd. (AKDL) is a 100% Export Oriented Knit Composite Factory located at Hemayetpur, Savar, Dhaka and a sister concern of AKH Group. We are looking for qualified, energetic, hardworking, skilled and experienced few Executive (IE -Dyeing) for strengthening and enhancing the capacity of the Dyeing - IE Team.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Responsible to monitor day to day operations of the Industrial Engineering functions of assigned area.

• Lean tools implementation (5S, Kaizen, JH, Gemba, RCA, VSM, Autonomous Maintenance etc.)

• Monitor machines, materials, and workspace to achieve maximum efficiency

• Analysis of low production & collect NPT against low production & take action to reduce NPT

• Monitor shift wise dyeing production by hourly output basis.

• Coordinate with Production team for Machine feeding & related job.

• Prepare monthly production & efficiency report, machine break down report etc.

• Work with production team for continuous improvement for manufacturing methods, system and controls.
