প্রার্থীকে অবশ্যই যে কোন পোশাক শিল্প কারখানায় জ্যাকেট/নীট ও ওভেন পোশাক প্রোডাকশনে কমপক্ষে ৮-১০ বৎসরের কাজের বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা সম্পন্ন হতে হবে। SMV নির্ধারন এবং Garments Costing এর বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা সম্পন্ন হতে হবে, Process Layout এবং প্লান্ট Layout করার যোগ্যতা থাকতে হবে।

চট্টগ্রামে ইপিজেডে অবস্থিত স্মার্ট জ্যাকেট বিডি লিঃ গামের্ন্টস ফ্যাক্টরীতে বর্ণিত পদ সমূহে জরুরী ভিত্তিতে কর্মকর্তা নিয়োগ করা হবে।
