Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in CSE
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, Implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant, and differentiated curriculum for ICT and Computing
∎ Organize, maintain and manage class systems in proper working conditions.
∎ Monitor and support the overall progress and development of the students of EDBB Academy
∎ Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports to keep the authority updated on the status of ICT class and the development of students
∎ Facilitate and encourage a learning experience that provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential
∎ Create an interactive and friendly learning environment for the children
∎ Arrange and facilitate relevant workshops for the students and staff
∎ Participate in relevant meetings with staff, parents, and other stakeholders
∎ Participate in training and workshops arranged by the organization
∎ Maintain all kinds of computers and networks in the Academy
∎ Manage and maintain users and their access rights to the network for learning websites and others
∎ Respond to official instructions from the management in a timely, efficient and friendly manner
∎ Preparing all kinds of working documents as per the requirement of the authority
∎ Carry out any other such duties as the post holder may reasonably be required to do
∎ Follow Ekmattra Society's policy in respect of safeguarding, child protection, and ensuring the safety of the students and other staff of the academy
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have good proficiency in English
∎ Good organizational and time-management skills;
∎ Energy, enthusiasm, stamina, patience, dedication and self-discipline;
∎ Initiative, leadership and supervisory skills and team working abilities;
∎ Imagination, creativity and a sense of humor;
∎ Good judgment and an analytical mind;
∎ Enthusiastic to work with disadvantaged children.
