Advanced university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. First university degree with additional years of experience may be accepted.

Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with company goals.
Manage the full recruitment life cycle (sourcing to onboarding).
HR operation Support & employee support.
Employee record management, documentation as well as ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Represent the company at job fairs, campus drives, and networking events
