Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Attract talents and manage the hiring process in an effective manner
∎ Reviewing job applications, conducting interviews, and hiring talents in an efficient and timely manner
∎ Formulating and interpreting HR policies aligned with Bangladesh Labor Law, rules, and industry practice
∎ Handling Disciplinary and grievance Issues in accordance with concerned policy, procedure, and regulatory compliance
∎ Ensuring timely disposal of disciplinary and compliance-related decisions to concerned stakeholders
∎ Designing and implementing new processes/tools for the beneficiary of the bank
∎ Evaluate own system and policies in comparison to industry
∎ Ensuring smooth separation of employees and calculating end services benefits in accordance with the concerned policy of the Bank
∎ Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
∎ Assisting the HRMIS unit by keeping and updating information in the system
∎ Any other job/responsibility as and when assigned by the Management of the Bank
