Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree or equivalent on Human Resource Management (preferably having any professional certificate course on HRM) from a reputed university with excellent academic track record.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop different HR policies, procedures, employee Handbook/ guidelines etc. of the School and ensure that these are continuously updated and legally compliant.
∎ To work with organizational strategies related with HR issues & formulating short & long term HR strategy including workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent management, compensation & benefits, staff development, staff well-being, succession planning, employee relations, retention etc.
∎ Work with BRAC University HR for establishing and finalizing job description and salary structure. Also ensure all job description is up to date, assist in creating new ones, as and when required.
∎ Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems and procedures across the School.
∎ Ensure safeguarding implementation by practicing, promoting and endorsing the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Ensure proper recruitment & selection process has been done e.g. receive and initiate processing of recruitment requisition, cross the budget with finance, prepare recruitment plan, check progress of written test & interview arrangement, attend interview as panel member.
∎ Coordinate with the concerned project coordinator/ PI for final selection of candidates including salary packages. This requires checking, reviewing and determining the salary and designation for finally selected candidates and proposing a salary package.
∎ Ensure on time employee appraisal, confirmation etc. while maintaining organization's policies and procedures.
∎ Arrange meeting with office assistants, drivers and others regularly, to discuss HR issues and challenges and try to address the gaps.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 to 8 years of professional relevant work experience in HR management covering all relevant areas.
∎ Excellent communication and writing skills both in English and Bengali.
∎ Computer literacy is essential e.g. Microsoft Office. Specially MS word, MS Excel, Power point.
∎ Proactive in taking initiatives and being an active team player.
∎ Have to be detail oriented and efficient in handling pressure.
∎ Positive work attitude, sincerity and honesty.
