Job Context:

∎ Possible Start of the activities: 25 August, 2019
∎ ORG CHART POSITION (reporting and functional relationships)
∎ Line Manager: Human Resource Manager

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administrative management of personnel
∎ Team management
∎ Payroll management with HR Management Software as main tasks (Preferably with Homere or others)
∎ Reporting / communication

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven track record of Payroll preparation (At least 2 years) with HR Management software Homere or others
∎ Minimum of 3-year professional experience in HR with humanitarian and/or development programs
∎ Interest in and enthusiasm for learning & not afraid of working hard to complete task within the deadline
∎ Good communication skills, with good written and spoken English.
∎ Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, especially in EXCEL
