Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Partner with business leaders to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
∎ Develop proactive sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, internal databases, referrals, and campus recruitment.
∎ Coordinate with recruitment agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure timely hiring.
∎ Conduct screening, scheduling, and negotiation processes, ensuring alignment with organizational benchmarks.
∎ Ensure excellent candidate experience by maintaining transparent, timely, and engaging communication throughout the hiring journey.
∎ Initiate and implement internal and external employer branding strategies to attract and retain top talent.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content showcasing workplace culture, values, and employee stories.
∎ Manage the organization’s presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
∎ Partner with external stakeholders for campus drives, job fairs, webinars, and other branding events.
∎ Monitor brand perception and drive initiatives to improve the company’s employer value proposition continuously.
∎ Design, execute, and evaluate innovative employee engagement programs that align with company culture and values.
∎ Organize events, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and learning forums.
∎ Analyze employee engagement survey results; collaborate with department heads to implement improvement plans.
∎ Support DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) activities to ensure an inclusive environment.
∎ Develop and implement total rewards strategies, including salary, incentives, and benefits.
∎ Support audits and ensure all practices meet legal and regulatory standards.
∎ Provide compensation insights to the HR head and leadership for decision-making and workforce planning.
∎ Ensure the smooth onboarding and offboarding processes and exit formalities.
∎ Ensure employee records are maintained and updated timely manner in the HRIS.
∎ Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operational support.
∎ Generate HR reports, analytics, and dashboards for leadership review.
∎ Act as the point of contact for employees for all HR queries, issues, and escalations.
∎ Work closely with managers to address employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
