Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced “Manager/ Dy. Manager-Administration” to join our team.The incumbent will oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our company, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with policies and procedures & effectively managing resources.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervision and Management: Supervise and manage administrative staff, including receptionists, clerical staff, and office assistants. Assign tasks and ensure the timely completion of administrative duties & provide guidance, support, and training to administrative staff as needed.

  • Office Operations: Oversee office maintenance, including facilities management, equipment procurement, and vendor management, Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure timely replenishment. Ensuring cleanliness of Office furniture.

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to executives and management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements. Monitor tea, coffee, snacks are distributed properly and in-time during office hour and ensure proper hygiene.

  • Arrange Employee Orientation, take care of the Fixed Asset requisition, creating gate pass, food requisition, SIM and ID Card requisition in the software and take care of the approval.

  • Budget Management: Assist in the development and management of departmental budgets.Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.

  • Communication and Coordination: Serve as a liaison between administrative staff and other departments.
