Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strategic Partnership: Develop strong partnerships with business leaders and managers to understand their objectives and challenges, and provide proactive HR support and guidance.
∎ Talent Management: Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs, develop succession plans, and ensure the organization has the right talent in place to achieve its goals. This may involve talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
∎ Performance Management: Assist managers in implementing performance management processes, providing coaching and guidance on performance issues, and facilitating performance improvement plans when necessary.
∎ Employee Relations: Handle employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees while mitigating legal risks.
∎ Organizational Development: Support organizational change initiatives, such as restructures, mergers, and acquisitions, by providing HR expertise and guidance to ensure smooth transitions and alignment with business goals.
∎ Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and productivity, such as employee recognition programs, feedback mechanisms, and team-building activities.
∎ HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations by advising managers on HR policies and procedures, conducting audits, and providing training as needed.
∎ Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze HR data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement, and prepare reports and recommendations for management.
∎ A Leading Local Conglomerate Looking for HRBP for its Supply Chain Management & IT Department. As an HRBP, the incumbent needs to collaborate closely with business leaders and managers to provide strategic HR support and guidance. He/She will be responsible for implementing HR initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and business success. He/She will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, offering insights, solutions, and support on a wide range of HR matters.
