Job Context:
∎ Under the supervision of the Sr. HR Officer, the Human Resources (HR) Assistant will guides and manages the provision of Human Resources services. S/he serves as a strategic partner, aligning RI objectives.
∎ In collaboration with the Sr. HR Officer, he or she will ensure effective and secured office environment, Ensure accurate time sheet, leave and attendance management, efficient staff recruitment & Onboarding and provide necessary support/report to prepare payroll, Ensure proper HR related information delivered against queries For RI, Bangladesh.
∎ Duty Station: Cox`s Bazar
∎ Report To: Senior Human Resources Officer

∎ Contract length: Up to December 31, 2023
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Process of Payroll management with the help of finance, develop pay slips, and keep all the relevant record for further query and audit.
∎ Ensure on time salary payment and provide answer of the relevant query, distribute pay slip as it required and asked by staff time to time.
∎ Ensure the timely and efficient payroll preparation for accurate data on donor code, number of days, benefits.
∎ Ensure on time festival bonus, yearly increment and other benefits payment.
∎ Ensure the timely processing of new contract, contract extension, and contract ending notification, staff transfer, promotions and other change of status.
∎ Make sure that employees' files are auditable at all times as per RI standards and any relevant donors' requirements.
∎ Ensure all employees final settlement payment within seven days.
∎ Maintain & update employees master Database.
∎ Participate salary survey process, take necessary initiatives to up gradation of salary structure & inflation adjustment if requires.
∎ Respond to employee related queries and provide services to all HR payroll inquiries and requests.
∎ Guide the new joiners and to ensure their Employee ID Number, email ID creation and overall help them to settle down.
∎ Ensure proper documentation are followed in Payroll process, take necessary approval.
∎ Ensuring RI Payroll compliance, procedures and policies.
∎ Prepare various kinds of HR related Reports as an when needed.
∎ Ensure Employees Exit process as well as exit interviews.
∎ Ensure Accuracy of the information for every purpose.
∎ Ensure 100% confidentiality are maintained for every aspect.
∎ Maintain working relationships and proper communications with all programs.
∎ Effective coordination for get the job done within deadline.
∎ To assist national recruitments for the RI, Bangladesh Program as an when needed.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by supervisor time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years

∎ Advance skills in MS Excel & MS Office.
∎ Proactive and positive attitude
∎ Good English communications skills both verbal and written.
∎ INGO experience is preferred.

Salary:
∎ As per RI National Pay Scale Policy in Bangladesh
