Job Context:
∎ The Head of Administration leads oversees and directs the staff responsible for the organization`s administrative services.
∎ Required to work as a single point of contact to handle complex disciplinary and legal issues by involving interrelated departments and parties in favor of the organization.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, developing, preparing, updating, and implementing different policies and procedures pertaining to the strategies of HR and Compliance in accordance with legal perspective and cost control.
∎ Handle & monitor manpower requirements as per approved manpower plan and subsequent recruitment (e.g. post job advertisement, shortlist potential candidates, arrange an interview, etc), selection, placement, compensation/benefits.
∎ Ensure timely issuing of several HR-related letters viz. Selection, Appointment, Confirmation, Extension, Promotion, Transfer, Warning, Show Cause, Enquiry Notice & Report, Job Separation Letter and so on
∎ Monitoring & analysis leaves, absenteeism, migration of employees (staff & workers) and report same to management on daily & monthly accordingly.
∎ Preparing department-wise organogram & standard operating procedure (SOP) and preparing job description as well.
∎ Look after the matters relating to wages, compensation & benefit, final settlement, maternity & death case, insurance, employee's counseling, grievance & disciplinary issues, several committee meeting, file (personal file) management of both existing & separated employees and others motivational program for employee retention.
∎ Prepare training calendar for the year and make sure training on monthly basis pertaining to several topics such as organizational needs, induction/orientation, employment terms & conditions, compensation & benefit, working hour, all kind of leave (CL, SL, AL, FL, ML, WH) procedure, harassment/abuse, grievance procedure, disciplinary procedure, maternity benefit, resignation, termination, awareness of baby's mother & childcare governess, section-wise risk, PPE, assets safety, electric safety, environmental health & safety, waste management, female worker empowerment, and so on are done timely for workers and staffs. After the training evaluate the training effectiveness.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary range will be increased and other facilities will be provided as per HR management policy. Also, the Salary range will be negotiated to more qualified candidates.

The well-designed sustainable programs of Nobo Jibon through covering a huge number of beneficiaries are definitely contributing towards achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). Nobo Jibon is now operating its activities all over the countries and plans to expand its interventions gradually in challenging and hard to reach areas to address the dire needs of the people who are deprived of education and other basic rights and continuously fighting against poverty.
